saving the list order #146

Can we please save the order in which people see the lists? Currently, I can see this information in the size_lgbt_lists.1.player.page_order column. It is good that we have this column. But I would also like to save this information in a more user friendly way. One alternative is the blue columns below. Another alternative is the orange column. Whichever is easier is fine.

If this is not clear, we can chat about it during our meeting.

@mcdaij Can you please put something (space, comma etc.) in between the list names.

Here are some ways that would work for us: using a space: 1BS 1A ... Using comma: 1BS,1A, ... Using -: 1BS-1A- ...
