Change multimarkdown to markdown dependency #6

By changing the dependency from multimarkdown to just markdown makes this project much easier to build on linux distros. Markdown is a readily available package on most distros whereas multimarkdown not so much.

Unfortunately markdown does not support tables. That's why I switched in the first place. multimarkdown is available in the ubuntu software repository as libtext-multimarkdown-perl.

OK, I got it building with multimarkdown. You have a 403 file not found error on your download site for the linux binary version of protogen.
