missing folders #71

My clone seems to finish successfully and after swapping SD cards I can SSH to the new image. Strangely there appear to be missing folders eg www web stuff. Also I had Node Red and it won't run either. I have tested on 3 different PIs and several SD cards. Very strange! Anyone have any thoughts?
