New Snaps installed do not show up in KDE or Gnome app menu until reboot #24

Noticed on Fedora 33 that when a new snap is installed the app does not show up in the KDE app menu until the machine is rebooted. See if there is a way to get the app to show up w/o a reboot like it would if it came from an rpm package install. Not sure if this same issue exists on pop.

This also may have been a result of a fresh build where snapd and snaps were just installed w/o rebooting yet

Verified same issue on Gnome using PopOS 20.10

Now showing up in Pop 21.10 KDE without reboot. NOTE: checked 30 min out from 1st playbook run -- is there a delay in appearing in the menu?
