Total time is being cleared. #10

Spigot server build 1324
New user joins
Elapsed time records correctly.
Disconnect, sometimes total time resets to 0
Reconnect, total time resets to 0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect total time to be cumulative for all time played. Keeps resetting to 0 on 
join/disconnect.

Release 2.21 that appears to fix this in my testing.

Re-opening as I did not fix this. But we have identified on one server that 
it's due to economy integration with Fe plugin.

Expect release v2.22 to fix this bug permanently
