Helm chart #21

Added a Helm chart for deployment of this pod, including Service Monitor for easy integration with an Operator deployed Prometheus.

Merging this into development. Thank you for the contribution to enable Kubernetes support! I'll be updating the go base and incrementing this chart to 0.0.8 today and tag a release.
