Randomizer is a jar file and will not execute #50

I downloaded it, and extracted it, but instead of an executable jar file it's a 
winrar jar file. I tried extracting that as well but it still wouldn't work. 
Any ideas on how to fix it?

Wait, I figured it out. It was simply fixed by changing how it was opened from 
winRAR to Java.
