@aminadibi this "thing" is not a VCI/Smart Health Card with Vaccine information like the BC government has implemented or the Ontario government is going to implement. This project is problematic on a number of levels even if it had good intentions when it was concieved.
@aminadibi we now have beta support for generating wallet cards from BC SHC codes (you need to have iOS 15 installed though to create a Wallet card, iOS 13 and 14 have broken rendering of SHC QR codes: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/68265073/why-do-some-apple-wallet-generated-qr-codes-contain-so-much-additional-junk) - please feel free to test this out and see if it works for you!
You may be able to create photos on other platforms if you don't have iOS 15 on your device.
If you're running iOS 15 and you're a BC resident looking for help getting your QR code saved, you can save it to Apple Wallet. From the BC website, long press on the QR code (because it's an image on the webpage, this is a bit easier than for Ontario) and then tap "Add to Apple Health". When 15.1 arrives, you will be prompted to add the card from your Apple Health app to your Apple Wallet also.
We have also now added full support for BC, QC, ON, AB, SK, YK, and US CA, NY, and LA SHC codes to our site as well. In particular, you don't need to be on iOS 15 as you can generate a photo card, and photo cards also offer Android device support.
Would be great if you could add support for BC vaccine cards through BC Health Gateway. They come as a PNG file with the vaccinated person's name and a QR.
