Honestly, I don't feel like it adds anything to include that dose number - the number of doses is obvious at a glance (especially since it's likely to never be > 3), and we've already run into limits with how much information Apple Wallet lets us put on the front of these cards, so adding an extra field per dose feels like unnecessary decoration that's more likely to cause than solve problems.
