This adds the 309 vaccine code as mentioned in https://github.com/billylo1/covidpass/issues/56

What needs to be done to get this merged?

I'm just an onlooker, but I'll point out that 309 is not bivalent, it targets only XBB.1.5. I would suggest PFIZER XBB.1.5 BOOSTER instead.

Ah, okay, to be honest, I'm not sure what exactly the different ones are. The web page I linked seemed to refer to it as "Pfizer-BioNTech Comirnaty® Original and Omicron BA.4/BA.5, bivalent COVID-19 vaccine". Should I change it?

Yeah, it's pretty confusing. The page you linked covers all the various Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. Specifically, I believe 309 is the one it calls "Pfizer-BioNTech Comirnaty® Omicron XBB.1.5 subvariant, monovalent COVID-19 vaccine."

That's a bit long, which is why I recommended PFIZER XBB.1.5 BOOSTER. So yes, I would suggest you change it.
