Add to ST3 package control #26

I believe this should be "sublime_text": "<3000" instead of *

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is here? Stylus package works correctly in ST2 and ST3 and is installable on both versions (at least for me on Windows and Mac). Could you please elaborate on the issue?

Oh, my fault. Turns out I had an old version of stylus already in my packages, which wasn't functioning. Removing and reinstalling fixed it. Sorry about that.

Yeah I had a similar problem and just deleted Browse Packages > Cache and voila, worked as expected

This probably relates more to how Sublime Text and Package Control handle updates, so I'm closing the issue.
