bugfix for #18 compile on save breaks Better Coffescript #33

The merged commit implementing "compile on save" and per project settings brokes the compile command from Better Coffeescript. I'm sorry.

Fix "compile" command was colliding with Better Coffeescript "compile" command. Remove unused Tool class
