Make this package compatible with latest Gatsby source plugin

Hello @billyryanwilliams,

I would like to refactor this package to be compatible with new version of Gatsby source plagin so that it could be used as a showcase for new gatsby starter (https://github.com/Kentico/gatsby-starter-kontent/pull/42).

I have found a couple of issues:

• dist folder is not part of the package on npm (because npm publish is grabbing the items not ignored by .gitignore if there is not .npmignore in the repo)
• merge the functionality of this package with the RichTextElement

If you are willing to do is as I suggest - are you OK to schedule a call and try to make it in pair?

@Simply007 I've updated my project to the latest Kontent sourcing plugin and seems to be working as previously. I still need to merge rest of the functionality in which I'll try and do this weekend.
