llama 3 is out #7

Meta partially released Llama 3, 8B and 70B variants, but with the star of the show being the 400B variant (still in training) which is widely lauded as being the first GPT-4 level OSS model.

You might want to check if it makes sense to add it into our list of models( by replacing an older one).
