I cannot get access to fapi.bonance.com/fapi/v1/exchangeInfo from US

@Lorraine-hubb Apologies, but we've actually decided to remove the data folder, because the best approach is for the user to obtain the latest list of symbols locally, and not depend on this repo cuz there's always gonna be a delay. I know the approach doesn't apply to your case, although US is expected to not know symbols list from a non restricted location.
