Make code place optional #57

if code place not specified, it will scan the whole binary

it's not necessary yet. Currently, all the rules work with https://github.com/binarly-io/fwhunt-scan/commit/3392348c36c2bbdf2a8895b04a7f6b7651f37739

this change is made in case we want to move all hex_strings containing code patterns to code
