MouseTerm is under GPL and seems to be a bit more complex code.
Waiting for more requests for this. I don't want to spend time on merging it just because of single person :)
I'm still on Snow Leopard and can just install MouseTerm, it doesn't seem to conflict. I would appreciate seeing it included so it'll work on Lion when I upgrade—scrolling support in less
seems the most useful so far but that's a pretty big deal.
I further this request. I LOVE mouseterm and LOVE totalterminal, but I hate having to open a normal terminal window to use mouseterm when using vim. (I use the NERDTree plugin and it's much easier to navigate with mouse input working along with scrolling)
I'm happy to report that MouseTerm + TotalTerminal works fine even on Lion—but SIMBL itself doesn't look like it's being developed further, and I was having some SIMBL Agent crashes. Thankfully those seem to have been caused by another bundle, but it's only a matter of time before it breaks entirely... So I would appreciate Visor/MT integration at some point, especially if reports say SIMBL breaks on Mountain Lion.
(BTW, macmanchomp, MouseTerm works in the Visor itself just fine for me. I only use it for scrolling in less
, though—maybe the actual mouse-reporting parts don't work with Visor? Per the MT docs it seems like it sends arrow-key events to emulate scrolling in less
.)

(don't you just hate those posts that have no real input?)

MouseTerm is an open-source SIMBL plugin for Terminal.app that implements mouse reporting (like xterm, iTerm2). It would be nice to have this in TotalTerminal.
