feature request - integrated hotkeys (tabbing)

There's this nice broken plugin I used to use: http://ciaranwal.sh/2007/12/10/tab-switching-in-terminal

It made it so that the same hotekeys could be used for tabs in terminal as tabs in your browser.

Using the Lion Keyboard Prefpane to fix the shortcut seems to have done the trick

• would still be great to have hotkeys apple-1 through apple-9 to select tabs.
