Activation keys not working #51

The activation key shortcut (e.g., Ctrl+Ctrl) isn't working when another application is active. It does work when Terminal is the active application. The general keyboard shortcut (e.g., Ctrl+') works in any context, but it's significantly slower to activate.

I'm using OS X 10.7.4 and TotalTerminal 1.2.3.

Weirdly, it looks like Google Chrome was the culprit. After I closed and re-opened Chrome, the activation keys began working normally.
