Backspace is not working frequently

• When I type something and press backspace , nothing happens (happens very often, but not always). I have to press backspace 10 times or more to make it start working again.

• I installed Engram layout using keyman keyboards software on linux (Pop!_os)

I think it's as issue with keyman. I noticed the same thing on my ubuntu laptop, but it seems to work fine on windows and Mac.

Same -- I had the same problem with backspace on ubuntu for certain applications but not others. I installed Engram as per the instructions in the repo rather than use Keyman for Linux.
