Add iOS and Karabiner for MacOS files and instructions #56
add layout files and instructions for MacOS karabiner elements and iOS via xKeyboard.
Couldn't get Karabiner x-callback-url to work in GFM. The parser is sanitizing non-standard URLs (I suspect). Currently linking to personal blog which pulls from the repo. Links won't all work till PR is merged.
