Fix weather component SYSTEMID in readme #134

The SYSTEMID of the weather component in the readme doesn't match the actual SYSTEMID in the code. I've fixed the readme.

Strange thing is in commit cbbad89d4a8da3afe788fe66a141a78c56c527aa you changed the SYSTEMID in the readme, so not entirely sure if I missed something ;)

Thanks for that. I once copy-pasted the SYSTEMID from the solar component and later changed it in the code and readme at different times with different values.

With your pull-request it is correct now.
