openweather API key and order of controls fixed #143

fixed a typo in the order of the weather controls
openweathermap.org is free, but you now need to register to get an API key (appid) added a new sys setting "key" for that

Apologies for the delay. I don't have the devices to try it out for myself but the code looks good on first sight so thanks for supporting the project.
