autogen.sh should configure - help jhbuild compatibility #64

autogen.sh should run configure.

libproxy is built by jhbuild when building gnome. If you have your jhbuild
moduleset to 'gnome-external-deps-devel', jhbuild fails to build libproxy.

The attached patch fixes the problem.
