Tarball contains .svn directory in test.d #75

The source tarball for the 0.3.1 release contains the .svn directory under
test.d/.
Not a big problem, but not very clean.

I think this is because the top-level Makefile.am lists test.d in
EXTRA_DIST, causing the whole directory to be added in the tarball.

This doesn't exist anymore in 0.4.
