pysocpg2 should be psycopg

i'm not sure what part of the doc you are talking about but the requirement is psycopg2 not psycopg

sorry for not being explicit: I meant in the README it says: pysocpg2 >= 2.5 when it should say: psycopg2 >= 2.5
