Figure out how to install the latest version of Vagrant.

Currently there is no easy way to have ansible download and install the latest version of Vagrant.

There is no PPA, no Ubuntu/Debian repository, and no url that points to the latest build...

All versions are located here: https://dl.bintray.com/mitchellh/vagrant/

Going to revisit this. It appears that there is now instructions on their site 👍🏻
