e and t swap? #15

What is the reasoning for not swapping e and d?

Instead you put t where d is and e on the other side?

I have customized swapping e and t which seems to make more sense

You can try your thesis on the keyboard layout analyzer and see what the difference is. Think about which letters are on the same finger and the relative frequency of those bigrams.
