Osx layouts #2

As requested, I've added in the OSX bundle and updated your README to include instructions for installing it.

I generally release all my OSS under MIT, but seeing as that is GPL compatible it should be fine for you.

One question. I can't test this, but looking at the content list file in your commits, I see two entries for the 8-key layout and none for the 4-key. Is that a mistake?

Yeah, I see what you mean. I'll look into it, but this bundle is what I'm using myself and is definitely just 4, 8 and 12 key. Not 2x 8 key.

I think something may have got screwed up with the layout tool I used to generate this bundle, with regard to the naming of the content.

The important files are the 3 .keylayout files, which all look correct to me.

It's up to you. If you want to wait until I regenerate the bundle, that's cool ;)
