minor updates #7

have updated the README to show how to update the relevant files using diff and patch rather than cp as this is a more sensible (safer) approach. also started adding the tarmak keymaps, only phase 1 currenty added

I was in the midst of contacting the tarmak author for permission and a license to include his work in my repo when I realized it just doesn't seem quite appropriate. Nothing against tarmak, but the purpose of this repo is minimak and the two have nothing to do with each other. I'm therefore considering declining your pull request. No offense.

If you want to resubmit a pull request that just has the minimak patches, I'll be happy to accept that. Thanks for wanting to contribute. I hope minimak is useful to you.

no problem - i just updated my local repo so thought i would offer it up in case it was of interest

if you're interested in just the patch bit then its just a case of pasting a few lines from the readme and leaving everything else the same
