After those changes, user (HR) can

see progress,
status of sent and finished packages which can be updated,
see colored progress bars and tiny messages (color depends on the status).

Changes required re-designing package and pages request method to receive both: those sent and available one.

Current manual tests didn't show the appearance of previous errors. (BTW: some obsolete data components are also removed)
