User story When there is more than one HR person who will have account, there is a need to have option to filter employees by division or any other selction requested by company

Tasks

[ ] Add option to select list of employees
[ ] Add permission to different HR accounts
[ ] Drop down list for setting up parameters

DOD HR accounts are separted and HR people have possibility to filter employees.
