User story As a user I want to have button "WSTECZ" on each page of "Dodaj wdrożenie" . The button must be sitatued on up&down of the page.

[ ] Add button "Wstecz" on every page of "Dodaj wdrożenie" - @Michal-Roszyk design button on every page of "Wdrożenia"
[ ] @adam-sas-on Implement it
[ ] Add button "Add files"/ "Ddoaj plik" in view - create "Rozdział" /Twórz "Rozdział" @Michal-Roszyk

DOD Button is implemented and working for user

Przycisk zostanie dodany, po skonczeniu stylów robionych przez Anie. @adam-sas-on Dodaj prosze do taskow , co nalezy w zwiazku z tym zrobic
