After merging this feature HR will be able to remind or resend the form on a page where he watches employee's answers.
New status of forms is included and printed on a page of employee's profile - "passed" in PL ("zaliczone").
When HR wants to accept or sends a form, modal appears for confirmation.
This feature includes e-mail template which is send to employee when HR wants him to try again.
There is also small change of text in packages list after discussion with UX.
