Business requirements - Change of language in application

User story As a user I want to change the language of application - from PL to ENG and back

Tasks

• [ ] Insert switch button on application page both for HR manager and user
• [ ] Desing button - flags or not flags - @Michal-Roszyk please check/ suggest / design solution about changing language on page
• [ ] Check possible options for adding other languages - @annapakula & @adam-sas-on
• [ ] Frontend - make avaiable possibility of switching language and downloading translation
• [ ] Backend - keeping dictionaries of translation on server
• [ ] Frontend - implement solution - application analyses by itself preffered language of user without changing it by user
