Issue 9 bug changelog generation wont run and pipeline will fail #10

A new ssh key was added in order to have write access to the github repo
Since the very nature of this repo, changelog had to be refactored
In the changelog generation process the repo tag is created

why

Changelog was failing due to a key access error
But also was having issues due to the very unique organization of this repo (i.e. having only one image and the repo tag tied to the container image tag
