Describe the Bug

The image generation (in the pipeline) is working... but changelog generation is not

Expected Behavior

The changelog has to be generated

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a PR to master
Merge it
Check the pipeline
It is failed

It seems to be something related to the github access keys
