• Use latest version of tfstate module
• Add parameters to modify the default configuration

@martingaleano Tincho I think it will a good idea if we can update the base-tf-backend layer in all the accounts to have a cross-project homogenous and consisten deployed version.

Exactly. As I mentioned in the description, I was waiting for your review to go ahead and update all accounts. That's why this PR is still in progress. Now I'm updating all accounts and mark it as a Ready for review. Thanks for your feedback.
