Create responsive theme. #121

Creating a mobile view using jquery mobile, failed.

Anew, I want to ask the Shiv. As a new theme, and create a theme for Responsive design.

Referring to the PC view of current, please create targeting the iphone, the theme of mobile first.

For example, Currently: /var/www/bbm/app/View/Themed/Jqm New:　/var/www/bbm/app/View/Themed/responsive

Please create.

good to hear from you, the new layout is here http://shivraminfotech.com/bbm/responsive-layout-creation/ , please test it in iphone or any other phone device so that i can be sure about your response and then i will merge code to git and will generate pull request.

Mr Saito, i know there can be some issue in layout because i don't have Iphone that is why i was asking you to test, but i promise you that i will kill all the issue and will provide you best result.
