[SAM] Split the current single stack into multiple stacks and use cross-stack references. #9

As this single repository outputs a single artifact named application-${version}.zip that contains all classes of paimonganyu applications, there is no reason to split the template.yaml.

Consider having multiple template files, after that when build methods become different with each applications.
