Add master slave modules #34

Jumper selectable. Modules are connected with communicatin lines RS485,diff I2c

Handshake each module has a ID and when the MCU ask for handshake the slaves will continue it when the delay(ID*millisec) expires. then the master will controll all the message control flow

It will be coded in the eeprom
