Just-in-time bindings cache isn't threadsafe #169

We write to this map during Injector.getInstance() for a just-in-time binding 
that has not-yet been 
requested, but the map is a bare HashMap with no synchronization.

For now, this is only a theoretical problem...

I missed a synchronized() call higher up on the stack. My bad.
