Put a card for BioModels repository alongside Physiome Model repository #4

Dear all,

As suggested by the issue title, we wish to make a card beside Physiome Model repository because BioModels accept submissions in OMEX formats and support downloading models in OMEX format too. We can create another section on the Software page below Software supporting COMBINE archives like:

Repositories supporting COMBINE archives

Libraries for handling COMBINE archives
