Change log for a single file shows ALL commits to repo even those that did not touch the file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Navigate to

/ast/CanHaveInitializer.java#

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shows all commits to repo instead of only the three commits that affect that 
file
