Deluge Scheduler Plugin does not limit speeds #332

Attempting to use the Deluge Scheduler plugin has no effect. All scheduling is ignored with none of the specified time speed limitations taking any effect.

Having the exact same issue. I wonder if the plugin is using some Linux command that isn't present in the Docker?

Same issue, the delugeVPN docker seems to be ignoring the scheduler plugin currently, assuming this is still a issue

I've been getting this albeit, not just with the scheduler. If I set any global download limit it's completely ignored.
