I've just spent quite some time testing out previous to find out when the bug was introduced and this is the result of my tests :

No able to join their bug reporting at the moment due to ongoing spam/migration, but I did post in their support forums.
When trying to add multiple files at the same time, noting happens. It only works when you add one file at a time.
To recreate:
Console is outputting
Uncaught TypeError: this.torrents[torrentId] is undefined
This was working in a past version, but is now failing
