Support MFA #187

Hi binhex,

Love your work ! But I've a problem with my vpn.

I've added MFA (for security reason) to my NordVPN account, but since I cannot authenticate. I've generated a token in my account and used it as my password but that didn't work.

Do you plan to integrate token from vpn providers ? Or maybe you have already a solution that I haven't found in your doc.

Nevermind, I found out that was not the MFA the problem but Nordvpn itself, they don't use login/pass of their site to authenticate on openvpn anymore, they've a new thing called "service credentials".

So sorry to have bothered you with that
