Adding torrents from monitored folder only works when container is restarted #197

There was a know issue on linuxservers repository as well for this, and as far as I could tell on their repo this is something that couldnt be fixed by them, but was probably fixed by qbittorrent update it self, and they do have a newer version now and it works with their container, could we get a qbittorrent update to possibly fix this issue?

is this still an issue since there have been several updates? might also be related to the method your connecting the folder to the container
