Super Slow Download Speed PIA on Synology 720+ #215

I've tried Deluge and Qbittorrent. I can get them up and running but when testing downloads I can barely get past 10KiB/s with the latest Ubuntu torrent. It's the same with ProtonVPN and PIA.

What info should I provide to help debug this?
