Update README.md #238

Adding a few niceties to the readme to make it a bit "easier" to read/use.

I attempted to put the provider-specific bits below the generic setup pieces.

By using markdown headers (# or ## or ###) we gain the table of contents and anchor marks to deep link into

While you are at it, add some explanation about the "-v :/data \" dir. Is this general data for qbittorrent or is it the storage dir for downloads? What is the enviroment variable for storage dir? I cannot find this in the readme or the example config
